Ferraduel is a classic almond variety, mainly used as a pollinator.

Obtained by INRA (France), crossing between ‘’Ai’’ and ‘’Cristomorto’’. Self-sterile variety.
- Tree
Open growing, highly branched. High vigour on irrigated land and medium on non-irrigated land. Generally, tolerant to fungal diseases and resistant to cold.
- Fruit
Yield ranges to 26-28 %. The nut is long and wide with hard shell. No twinning.
- Maturation
Late blooming and late ripening variety(1-10 September). It is pollinated with ‘’Ferragnes’’ and other late-blooming varieties. It tends to have biennial bearing.
