MAPLE TREE

Deciduous tree, fast growing with a height of up to 20 m, and leaves that in autumn take on shades of red, green-pink, yellow-green or white-green. It is used in parks, squares, tree lines but also for shading in the garden. It is very resistant to cold and can be grown in soils that are often flooded. It is one of the most useful trees in gardening and landscape architecture. Maple is used in furniture making, construction and architectural applications, in the manufacturing of musical instruments, as an ornamental plant (eg bonsai) etc.
